Churchill Doing it for Dougie

This year everyone at Churchill is pulling together to raise £40k for the Dougie Mac Hospice to commemorate its 40th year. With the help of local suppliers, we have produced a limited run of mugs and will donate 100% of the proceeds. Then,demonstrating our 48 hour service promise and starting early on 22nd May, the factory will, from clay, make, decorate and fire a mug. Runners from across the business will then take it 186 miles to our London showroom all within 48 hours.

And they're off .. production starts on 48 hour challenge

At 8pm on the dot production started on the charity mug that will be carried all the way from Stoke to London.

Peter Roberts began by feeding the clay into the mould and then working the printing machine for the slogan 'Life sets no paths ... just follow your heart '

Handles were then put on by the lovely Mary Farrell and Katie Grazeli.
